Complete form and deliver payment via cash or cheque to Town Hall at the address noted above. Hours: Monday – Friday (except holidays) - 8:30am – 4:30pm

Complete form and confirm your donation by contacting Annette Robson, Deputy Treasurer, at (519) 534-1400 extension 105. Enter South Bruce Peninsula - Accounts Receivable or South Bruce Peninsula – Invoicing as the payee and the Account No. DONAT00001
